The new album in the 'Kings of ...' series (Rapster Records) is 'Kings of Jazz' compiled by the legendry Gilles Peterson & Jazzanova. CD1 compiled by Mr Peterson is a crate digging affair discovering 'some underappreciated gems'. CD 2 takes us on an electro-jazz tip from those Jazzanova types.
This is a great album branching the divide between the old and the new in jazz music.
